Anna is a very experienced colorist who has been glowing up Chicago for almost 25 years, including 20 in Logan Square.  Anna began A Stray Hair in May of 2025 as the next step on a long journey.

In Teke’s chair, hairstyling is both an art form and a craft, approached with the care and creativity of an artisan. Tekena JW (They/She) blends bold creativity, technical skill, and a deep respect for hair health in every service. Specializing in fashion color, blonding, dimensional highlights, edgy cuts, and retexturizing treatments, every style is custom, polished, and intentional. Hairstyling is more than a service—it’s an art, a craft, and a celebration of you.

 Courtney began her journey in 2015 and is known for creating personalized cuts and color while building genuine connections with every guest in her chair. She specializes in bobs and pixies to shags and longer trending looks.

Experienced with all hair types, Courtney is passionate about continued education and evolving techniques. Whether it's seamless grey coverage, a custom color refresh, or a transformative change, she brings thoughtful and detailed approach to every service.

When she's not behind the chair, you'll find Courtney tending to her garden or spending time with her Calico cat.
